Our Terms

These Terms apply to all orders placed through KÄNSLA OF SWEDEN’s shop.

  1. Order Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our customer service at orders@kansla.se . If the delivery time change in the order you will be notified as soon as possible.
  2. Payment Methods Pay conveniently by VISA or Mastercard.
  3. Delivery Regular delivery time for goods in stock is 3-4 working days. The packages are delivered by PostNord. For international shipping a few more days will be added.
  4. Shipping Shipping cost in Sweden is 29SEK. International shipping cost is 59SEK/€5.90/$5.90
  5. Damaged goods If the goods are damaged during delivery it is replaced with a new one. First, contact our customer service at orders@kansla.se before returning a damaged product. Always save the original packaging and payment confirmation.
  6. Opening buy You as a customer have the right to return your order within 14 days after you received the goods. Upon exercise of the guarantee, the customer pays for the freight cost. When returning the product it should be unused and in its original packaging.
  7. Guarantee  A guarantee of twelve months for all our products and applies to manufacturing defects. Contact our customer support at   orders@kansla.se before returning the jewelery. We are not responsible for any form of consequential damage.
  8. Personal information All information provided when ordering is kept confidential and only used to manage and complete the order and for sending out news and offers. No data will be sold to third party.
